camera film onesie

when we started our second year our brief was "to draw"...
i used continuous line and looked at street art, tattoos and identity. i came up with this print inspired by camera film. i didn't want the garment to take away from the bold graphics of the print. so i decided to put it quite simply onto a lycra onesie with sheer sleeves taken from my research into tattoos. i really enjoy it. and started to imagine myself opening up a shop purely for lycra onesies... dream.

i've just stumbled across my admittance project for bristol! we had to do anything we wanted to a white shirt... i spray painted on mine, taking inspiration from a block of flats i used to live by. haha

i went to new york for my 21st birthday. it was better than i thought it would be. i took 1000 photos in 5 days.. these are a few of my faves. a flee market in soho where i was stupid enough not to buy a camera! brooklyn bridge. and other schnapps.

i drew this picture of some lips and some scribbles..

its inspired by a Dazed magazine cover a couple of years ago. i then put it on some t-shirts. i called them "talk is cheap".

i like the fact that they're unisex.

they look good on both sexes.

and they're sexy.

this is one of my favourite photographs. i'm not sure why.

i shouldn't have favourites. but i do.

the other one is my preference. however she's now a tad old and battered looking. and has the tendency to dribble.
